Defying Gravity with Books

Poppy Wyatt was celebrating her upcoming nuptials, when the fire alarm went off. When the drill was over, her ring was missing. She went to call someone and her phone was then snatched. She finds a phone in the trash can and it becomes her lifeline to the hotel finding her ring. The problem was that the phone belonged to Violet, personal assistant of businessman Sam Roxton and he wants it back. In the meantime, Poppy says finders, keepers and she's not ready to let this phone go. Sam agrees to let her borrow the phone.

Poppy tries to hide the fact her ring is missing, one that is her fiancé's family heirloom, numerous ways. She also agrees to help navigate messages received for Sam on her "new" phone. There were many funny moments. She started helping plan her own wedding even though she hired a wedding planner. There is a serious side, though, as her relationship gets tested and Poppy has to deal with some disappointments about Magnus.

I truly enjoy Sophie's writing style. She is a very good author. I wasn't disappointed while reading this book of after reading I've Got Your Number.
